Yes, whether booking online or as a walk-in, you can choose your Jet Car, subject to availability.

Our Pink Bugatti Jet Car can accommodate 4 individuals and is the only Jet Car in the Turks and Caicos Islands that can do so. Our Teal Mercedes can accommodate 2 individuals.

• Drivers: Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Passengers: Must be at least 10 years old.

Yes, all our tours include a professional tour guide.

• Cancellations 48 hours or more before the booking date: No cancellation fee applies, and a full refund will be provided.
• Cancellations less than 48 hours before the booking date: No refund will be issued, and the full booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

• Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the original date: Free of charge, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the original date: A 50% rescheduling fee will apply.

Yes, for an additional fee, we can meet you at select villas that are located outside of National Parks and Protected Areas.

Yes, life vests are provided for adults and children of all sizes.

While our guests tend to stay fairly dry, you should be prepared for the possibility of getting wet.

You will receive all photos and videos taken during your ride.

Yes, drone video is included in your drone shoot.

Drone pictures and videos are typically delivered within 2-3 business days.

During your booking, we will collect your contact details and send you a secure link to access your high-resolution footage within 2-3 business days.

• If we need to cancel due to adverse weather conditions, you will have the option to reschedule without penalty or receive a full refund.
• If a tour is already in progress and must be cut short due to sudden weather changes, a partial refund will be provided based on the remaining time."
